For Young Athletes
There’s a small window of opportunity to compete at the top of your game. But issues like underfueling, poor sleep and social habits, and balancing school or work schedules with training can present unique challenges. Young athletes facing pressure to perform their best are often tempted by supplements, quick fixes, and promises of results that are too good to be true – and I’m here to tell you that risking your eligibility to compete is simply not worth it. With my guidance, young athletes will learn a foundation of practical, safe, and effective strategies for dialing in their nutrition. Targeted supplementation will be recommended if needed, but I use a food-first approach to ensure that intervention to improve athletic performance is something that can be sustained long-term.
For youth or collegiate athletes making a transition away from their sport, I also offer support for an “Exit Strategy” to help them prepare for an active life beyond competitive sports.
For Adult Athletes
If you don’t consider yourself an athlete but are active most days of the week or participate in competitive events, you should still be fueling and recovering like an athlete! Whether you’re working on building a more active lifestyle, training for an upcoming event, or returning to a sport you used to love, nutrition is a key piece of the puzzle to avoid injury and feel great doing it. Programs vary in length and are customized for each individual.
